ROM read & write error.

Urgent need of ROM help.

After a ROM reset. Battery disabled. I am not able to read my ROM.
Have flashed it numerous of times with no problems what so ever ,but now it wont read or write. Car runs fine but i am about to fine tune it so I need everything to be in order.
The Openport 1.3 cable was still in OBD connector when I disabled the battery but that shouldn´t cause any problems?

What could have happened?
I have tried ECU unlocker with no success.

Try to warm up the car for a few minutes before reading the ROM. Sometimes low battery voltage can cause issues.

Could it be the Openport 1.3 cable that causes the problem?
Has it happened before that someone managed to damage it by disconnecting the battery?

I took the car out for a long testdrive with no success.
The ROM still won´t open up.
I have to try my cable on a other car just to make sure.
