Tell me if this tool will help me?

I came across this tool they use to program the keys to work for the evo's and other mitsubishi's too. I'm sure it also reads the error codes and everything, but I"m not sure. Is this something that can help me at all? He said he would give it to me cheap, but I don't know if it's any good to me.

If it really programs keys, hell yea. Its costs a buttload to program keys, if you can do it, then go for it man. You could sell your services as a key reproducer on craigslist... lol
