TPS voltage

What TPS voltage are you guys running at idle. I recently did my pressure seals in my throttle body and i think i may be a hair off! im at .70-.73 and i think before the seals i was at .63 . Also was there a factory stop under the gas pedal that limited the amount of travel on the pedal? Because i can get 5.00V at WOT if i slowly press the gas pedal and if i go WOT and push all the way to the floor fast i get less than 5.00V or no reading at all.

I have a Greddy Informeter for all the info mentioned above!

Thanks!
