Evoscan problems, need help

So I got my Tractric cable in today and wanted to see if everything is working, so I hooked it up but I get a dialog box saying " USB cable device not responding". But when I use ECUFlash to download my ecu it worked fine. Anybody have any ideas? I uninstalled the usb driver and reinstalled onto Evoscan, USB drivers, x84, and still nothing.

I click the logging pull down menu and try to click on Select USB device but there is nothing to select. I have Select Com Device to Com 1, and ELM device to ELM327. Anybody have any idea WTF?
