Do NOT have Revolutions tune your Evo. I can't stress this enough.

There are several tuners available to you. Tobz for EcuFlash, Carz for AEM, JustDsm for both EcuFlash AND AEM.

I personally used JustDSM for both my EcuFlash tuning and now my AEM tuning. I highly recommend him.
