engine issue

Ok I've posted this in the EVO how-to forum but I think I'll get the answers here. It's been going on for about a month my car at high speed will begin to bog out and i'll have to let off the gas and keep the speed slow for it to run normal. The speed is around 70-80 mph. I got a check on it for the "service engine soon" light and it read "random cylinder misfires". It didn't say which cylinder however i'm just curious about narrowing down the issue. I'm thinking maybe sparks or the wires but I know that the read-out can mean alot more than that. Any help, welcome.
