EvoScan problem

EvoScan problem

I haven't been able to log with Evoscan. I have version 2.5, but I've had somebody try it with an ealier version and it didn't work either. It keeps connecting and then disconnecting and retrying right away. We've tried everything and nothing seems to change it. When I try to pull my DTCs, it says "No Responce from ECU". I know my ECU isn't bad because I can use Ecuflash. I think maybe it could be the cable, but I'm pretty sure other people have used it and it worked fine. I'm going to just buy a new cable, but I'm wondering if anybody else has any ideas.

Are you using a newer Open Port 2 cable? If so then there is no support yet in Evoscan for that cable.

Try different cable, or your cable on another car.

The cable is Openport 1.3 and it does work on another car.
