Rear O2 Sensor CEL Question

So after installing my TB-E everything was fine drove 150+ miles with no CEL. Then turned car off let it sit while hanging with the group went to turn it back on and boom CEL. Turned it off to see if it would come back on and sure enough it did. Went and pulled the code and it's saying: P0137 - Low Voltage. My rear O2 Sensor is in my Test Pipe however there is a spacer so its not directly in the pipe, there is prob 1.5 inch between the inside of the pipe and the sensor. So my main question is is the P0137 always going to pull even if its spaced out like that? Which would mean the only way to remove it is to reflash and use that Patch? Im just not tuned or flashed yet. :-( Thanks for the help!

Well are you using 2 foulers? If so drill the 2nd one out as well to allow more fumes to get to the sensor it fixed it for me. At least untill I got tuned... After that I actually had to remove 1 of them cause it wasnt running as rich. Try it let me know :-D GL!
