Thumbs up Another 4WS tune in the making

Firstly,

I would like to thank Tamer for his support and patience getting through the minor tweaks and adjustments on my car during the tuning phases. He is a Top notch tuner and also a real nice guy at the end of the day.

Since I owned the Evo I have had a few “tuners” tune my car. Of course not being a tuner myself puts me in the situation where whatever I get out of a tune is final and don’t know any better. The result of this was a lot of money wasted and what could have been damage to my car. After the very first couple of logs - he picked up that there was a particular problem that existed since day one. After sorting out the issue I knew that I was in the big league of tuners and in for not only a real good experience but I would finally be able to get the car running to it’s peak and reliable performance.

The level of professionalism and passion is like no other.

”There will be times when I ask for feedback, I need you to be blunt, honest and a dick, don’t worry about my feelings and don’t tell me what I want to hear. I can’t fix what I don’t know about so as a customer you need to tell me anything and everything that doesn’t seem right.”
”I'm that type of person who doesn't BS and I actually enjoy what I do. I don't consider this work, this is play time for me. Especially higher end cars like you have, I love the challenge and testing.”

So I load the base map which has no adjustments to fuel and timing and I’m already in the 400+ zone

Watch this space as he moves along with the tune...

I asked for grunt, short bursts and as much torque as possible. If need be that i beat on her i'm safe.
A couple hours later and a huge smile on my face, im left with +/- 482 hp and +/- 409 tq.
Car feels like a bat out of hell... Was a fun experience to say the least. Best part of it all it's hot and humid as hell over here and the numbers blow me away... Thanks again 4WS highly recommended.

If you'd like me to run them please shoot me an email with your tire size, est weight, temp and humidity... Its a great program for seeing shift points and great for testing.

Cheers!
