How for can you go?

I am wondering at what point would i need to get the car tuned or flashed. At the moment i have a catback system. Im planning on doing things in stages, i want to get a down pipe and get rid of the cat. Also wanted to get all hard piping and intake. Should i wait til i get all of these parts and then get it tuned or at which point with parts? thanks for the help

IMO intil you start changing boost, fuel, or timing, you need not tune.
