Drivers for tactrix 1.3 cable????

Drivers for tactrix 1.3 cable????
Does anyone know where or how to find the driver for the openport 1.3 cable? I uninstalled it then tried to reinstall it, but now my computer won't recognize the cable.

They are located here http://openecu.org/downloads/op20pt3...502598_win.exe

Note: You don't need to download these if you are running the latest version of ECU Flash. which you can download here http://www.openecu.org/index.php?title=EcuFlash
