Question apexi neo

So i was getting all set to get the E01 with the blue pigy back but i saw this neo that says it is a boost controller and a airfuel controller. so if i got just this neo would i be able to tune the air/fuel and boost without a piggyback? does this little thing act as its own piggyback?

Post a link of that Neo.
As far as I understand, the S-AFC Neo is only an air/fuel piggyback and can't control boost. Unless you rig up the V-TEC controls to a boost solinoid some how???

ecuflash, and it's free.
You just have to buy the right things for monitoring and logging.
