Loading dyno map from AP to the computer

Okay I did a dyno log on the AP and when I downloaded it from the AP to the computer and stored it in the selected folder but when I go back to the folder it isnt there. I was just wondering if someone could post the steps to view the log ? I went to Advanced view in the AP manager which I thought was correct...

When you say Dyno log, do you mean you used the dyno feature or you did a datalog? If you did not complete the dyno pull then the run will be lost. If you did complete it, then we need to look into what is going on. If you are talking about a datalog, you need to use manager to download the file and then excel to open it.

What OS are you using on your new computer? Did you download new versions of the software from our website? We have new versions of Manager and Updater that will work with newer OS's.
