Evo IX MR without an ECU...suggestions?

I am thinking about buying a wrecked Evo IX MR that had the ECU stolen from it while it was parked. The car has a 35r kit on it right now which I plan on keeping on the car if I buy it. I plan to make the car my DD and eventually make between 450 and 550 awhp. What ECU units do you recommend? Should I purchase an OEM ecu and flash it? I am all looking to do this relatively inexpensive.

Thanks,
Ryan

Ya man if your trying to save some money and still do it right, search this site for somebody parting out a MR and pick up the ECU. Then ofcourse flash it or get it pro tuned, depending on your skills
