Suspension advice needed

I autox my Evo IX MR and enjoy track days when possible. My biggest gripe is getting the butt to settle down, the stock center of gravity, and the typical understeer.

In order to resolve these items, I'm looking to spend ~$2k on a set of coilovers (unless I find a used set to save a few $$ on). I don't street my Evo that much, so a rough ride doesn't really concern me.

I'm currently rolling on Volk TE37's 18x9 with 235/40/18's. I just picked up a set of Volk CE28's 18x9.5's (Thanks Brent!) and plan to go to a wider patch, 265/35/18's.

1) What is the best bang for the buck in my price range for a good set of coilovers? (KW V3's, Tein Flex w/EFDC, ??)

2) What would be a well matched rear sway bar?

3) Are there other suspension items I should consider?

Please post or PM me with your suggestions...Thnx!
