i just put on a buschur 3.5 fmic and hit fuel cut in 3rd gear at low rpm. do i need a retune or just to raise the fuel cut slightly?

when i upgraded to my ETS 3" IC my tuner recommended to get it tuned (he didn't charge me for it) I didn't feel a significant gain before and after the tune, but I think it would be for your benefit to get it checked out to see if it requires any tune
