wideband quick question

wideband quick question

hey whats up i have a innovate xd-16 and was about to install it in my evo just wondering since my 02 sensor the belongs in the cat is moved into the mid-pipe of the exhaust when i order my test pipe i was wondering would the wideband be to far back if i put it were the stock emissions 02 sensor goes?

It may not be too far back however do you still have a cat on your car? If so then it will not work as the sensor needs to be mounted before the cat. For example on my car I have my wideband sensor mounted at the end of my downpipe.
