Tuned ECU swap, same mods

How bad would it be if you took two identical cars (year, make, mods) and swapped the ECU's, with one being tuned, and one not?

I wouldn't do it. Every car is different; even same year with the same mods. Just because it's OK on one car doesn't mean it will run well on the other.
