Rear O2 vs stock ecu tune

HEY everyone.

I just have one quick question, my rear O2 is no longer around ( chopped of by previous owner ). So I ride around with the check engine light. Now I was wondering if the stock ECU can be worked / tuned to clear up the CEL or am I just screwed and have to shell out the +-400 bucks for a rear O2 sensor? Thanks for all the info!!

You dont need the rear o2. Just have a tuner disable the code in the map.
