hi guys can some one help please, after taking my car off the dyno having been remapped by the tuner he took my car for a test drive up and down the road but when returning there was a weird whining noise seems like its coming from by the cambelt pulleys or there about, so tried changing the cambelt tensioners but still the same the noise gets alot worst when revved any ideas to what may be causing this?

 

I think i came across a thread a while back that said that the A/C compressor pully was the problem. I know my brothers pully on his IX makes a weird noise.

 

did you fix it ?

 

does it sound like a supercharger ?

 

did you ever find out what the problem was?
