Relative boost

Guys:
I am customising the menu options on a prototype ebc system. I thought I'd ask the community to ring in on a couple tidbits.

1) When u tune for boost would u prefer the boost map to be absolute or relative to barometric pressure?
- Reduces absolute boost at elevations above tuned elevation - prevents overspin.
- Increases absolute boost at elevations below the tuned elevation - higher turbo performance.

2)For relative boost on single MAP sensor systems the barometric pressure is usually sampled before engine start. Would the option to add a 2nd map sensor for continuous relative barometric boost be important to you? Perhaps on mountain climbs etc?

This applies to the closed loop boost control. Open loop DC% maps don't use baro. at all. Then it wouldn't be open loop.
