you can't download it because you need the CD and it also comes with a special cable that you WILL need. if you call Adam or Dan or Gary, one of them will have it in stock and they will be able to ship it for you next day air and you will have it in time. i got mine from Adam in 1 day.

Ive got the cable, and I thought the guy I bought it from was sending me the support tool which makes since considering I have the cable, but I dont have the support tool so I guess not. I would think this software could be shared and no CD needed.

go to the yahoo emanage group and see if Robyn in Singapore is still active. It was taking him about 3-4 weeks to get the cables made and shipped to the US but they're only $40.

The amount of info it gives you is tremendous.

In fact, tell him that Jon referred you. I got my support stuff from him and got engineerboy his also. Cloned cable and burned cd at half the cost.

Actually, the E-Manage support tool cable is very unique. Most would think that it's a simple USB to 9-pin serial cable but it's not. On the serial end there's a circuit board and an chip that does SOMETHING. Who knows what though. We have the cable and latest v1.11 software. If you're interested, shoot me a PM or an email.

Thanks

Darryl

Darryl is correct. Do NOT use a standard cable from Comp USA. ONly the Greddy cable or the clone copy from Singapore work. The signal is altered so that you can not use a standard cable. Tricky Greddy. Anyway, make sure to upload the latest 1.36 software once you get everything going. I have a copy of it if you need it I can e-mail it.
