I recently converted my car to run e85, i was getting it tunned when i began to get spark blow out at about 26 psi. so the next day i went to put new spark plugs gapped them at .22 and everything was workin fine did a pull at 20psi then went up two pounds every time until i hit 26 psi............ this time i go to do a pull hit about 4500 and boom!!!!! so i hurry and pull over turn the car off and say **** evo down turns out my spark plug on cylinder 4 blew into peices!!!!! i dono if it was cracked or posibly i over tightend anyways it blew my stock ignition to peices i took it all apart very slowly to try not to drop anything into the cylinder. i removed all the peices and seems like i have them all. shined a flashlight down into the cylinder to see if there was any scaring on the piston head to see if anything fell inside and i needed to take the motor apart but everything looked ok so i didnt take the motor apart. i bought a new ignition system started it up and it runs fine no noises no nothing out of the ordernaring car drives around town fine... so i grow some nuts to go log again to see if i can hit 28 psi no blow out... did a log at 20 psi and i got a little knock did another one at 23.4 and got 14 counts!!! i dono if something got messed up or what to do but i dont wanna boost more or give it gas with counts like that! did logs just cruising no knock at all???? my mods are 274 gsc s2 cams, springs, retainers, headstuds, ams fuel rail and fpr, 1450cc injectors, walbro, fp green, xs intercooler, injen piping and hks suction filter, forge bov. think that covers the main mods here are the logs and map im running now the map is not fine tunned because i started having blow out the logs afrs are from my eugo. can anyone help me please? im puzzled on what to do or check because car runs fine the tunner i have tunning my cars usually does subarus so i dono if maybe its the tune?? but if you have time please look at the attachments and give some opinions or advice if you can thanks for any help (the pulls are done in 3rd gear)

subaru's are much different then evos.. i recommend finding a new tuner before you blow your engine.. having a spark plug shadder isn't exactly safe.. that had to be massive detonation.
