Tuning game

Not sure were to put this.so if it is in the wrong spot you can move it i wanted to know if there is some kinda game out there were you can tune cars, and changes parts dyno them and change the tune. if you blows up its not your car. i was just thinking it would be something fun to do didnt know if there was any thing out there like that.

Hmmm... an engine simulator?
I'm sure high end race teams have them and I like the idea! Getting to play with compression ratios, turbo effeciences, intercooler effeciencies, timing, AFR, air temps, and octanes! So many variables to play with! Ooooo.... put them all together and see if it goes boom virtually!
But no, I've never heard or seen something like that.
