Anyone know what cable this is? I need to figure out what software i can use with it asap! I have a datalogit and software however my datalogit is back in the states and i'm currently in Korea and would like to avoid shipping it over here if i can use the cable below!

 

Kind of looks like the cable you plug into the side of the ECU. not sure of the exact name of it though.

 

yes this cable plugs into the side of the powerFC you are correct.

The question is what cable is it (brand) and most importantly what software will it work with!?

I'm trying to avoid having to ship a Datalogit out here to Korea if at all possible.

program for tune.. i am running FC edit, i think you can download it somewhere. or i can send you a universal FC Edit.

There is another program out there call " Copilot " im not sure if its a piggy back to Fc Edit, or if you can run it alone. I have to downloaded but never used it. Im away from my evo right now, so i am no use for trying it out.

I'll be getting my datalogit shipped over from the states to finish up the tuning on a few cars here in korea datalogit ftw!

 

I have to finish my tune once i get back also. Any tips for tuning fuel trims from scratch? ive been working on a few things, and get a decent tune, but i know there is more i can squeeze out.

 

that looks like a kashi cable or a generic datalogit copy cable
check out fc hako or read the powerfc faq at paulr33.com for info on what to use
