done some research on here and want to get into tuning my own evo, from what i gathered, i need the evoscan software and a tactrix cable, anyone know the best place with the best deal to get these?

well i guess i answered my own question, did a little research and found tunertools.com, 149.50 for the 1.3 tactrix cable, make sure you let them know what vehicle you have and they can remove pin 9 for you if you want, and evoscan software 25, and its free shipping for orders over 150.00 and my grand total was 174.50, that was the best i could find

OP 2 reflashes all Mitsi Evo 5,6,7,8,9,10 and STI V7 to V11
OP 2 supports stand alone logging to SD card
OP 2 can be used with other tuning software that supports J2534 protocol

OP 1.3 can reflash Evo 7,8,9 and STI V7,8,9

Yes it will be fine, its suggested to remove pin 9 for Evo 9, this then makes the cable unusable to reflash any Subaru.

OP 2 has no issues with Evo 9 reflashing
