FP Green tuning out torque?

I recently installed an FP Green on my evo 8 and its runs awesome without much of a good tune on only 22lbs. I'm looking to completely finish my WOT tune soon, and I was wondering when I should start to watch out for too much torque (above 400wtq) and what methods are best to stay away from too much.

What rpm is it safe to start hitting a good amount of torque? Should I back out timing before say 3.5k to ensure it can't hurt the rods in the car? Here's a quick rundown of some major mods, and any help is appericiated.

Fp hta green w/race outlet (18psi wga)
2.5"ets piping w/ HKS SSQV
Neisi 3.5" IC
Comp 280 cams
Hallman MBC (soon going ecu controlled boost)
Stock evo maf with apexi intake (soon going SD)
Spec GT exh. mani
Wally 255hp
FIC 1350cc Injectors
Full 3" turboback

Thank you,

I'm also looking to up the boost as close to 30 as possible on pump right now.
