Prep for Self Tuning
After 5 years and 15k miles of my IX being stock aside from a short shifter, I'm looking to start modding and tuning my baby. I bought a DP and intake to start off, but I started reading and wanted to get all my baseline numbers and data first (i.e. dyno @ stock and gather some stock datalog pulls). So for that, I bought a 1.3U cable and reflash cable and am planning to buy an LC-1 WBO2 and X MAP sensor.
Being really **** retentive and wanting to get things right the first time, I drew a diagram of how my setup(s) would be:
1) with just the LC-1
*I may not wire the gauge in the bottom right

and 2) possibly later on with a LMA-3.

The LC-1 would be my minimal setup getting Evoscan to read the WBO2 signal while getting all my other vital data from the ECU.
If I decide to expand, I'd get the LMA-3 to get a second MAP reading, EGT, etc. and possibly connect the WBO2 to the unit so I can get another reading in Logworks.
Anybody see anything wrong with these setups? Lessons learned? Any better setup recommended? Etc? LMK

My only opinion would be to not buy a LC1. A lot of people have grounding, connection and calibration issues.
Buy an Zeitronix ZT-2. It can log all those things you want to, and never has issues.
