Could anybody please tell me what this white pin connector with one single pin installed is?

Car had a Forge ECU Data Monitor installed when I got it, but it was plugged into the OBD2 port, and not the white connector.

I'm assuming it is related to something like EVOscan? Or something to do with re-flashing the ECU?

Any info would help!
