93 tune to a 91 tune?

So im looking at a couple evo's but since im midwest gas is 93 octane, but ill be going to cali for school where its 91 octane.

what would be the best set up to be able to run 2 tunes?

Im looking into a 2006 evo (9) , thats mods are a turbo back exhuast, intake/IC piping, bigger intercooler.

would cobb accessport be able to support these mods while
im in chicago now were gas is 93... but moving to cali for school were gas is 91, and will be coming back to chicago for summers. so i don't want to have to get a new tune every 6 months.

what should i do regardless of what evo i get on switching off tunes based on what gas i run? What would i need?...ect
