Can you ohm out the wires to the two plugs and also just double check that you put the wires back on the right cylinders. I only say this because people have messed this up before.

does it break up based on load? or RPM?

do u have a friend that u can test his coil packs with?

 

What is fuel pressure under load?

 

i was on 5th gear doing 65mphs on 3500rpms i gave it gas an goes nowhere then 5
seconds later it flys it does it on like 2nd gear and up

 

can u check if it's boost related?

drive the car out of boost and varying speeds and rpms and see..

a friend of mine had a similar problem.. when he'd hit boost the car would break up bad..

turned out to be one of the sensors..
