Fuel Map Help

Ok here's my dilemma, attached is my current fuel map on e85. If you look at the load that is highlighted and the load before it there is a huge jump in AFR's.

Lean spool is off, and if I plug in the value that my math is telling me to do then the fuel map does not flow at all. Is there something that I'm missing here as to why the AFR jumps so much between these cells...I'm shooting for 12 in this area.

You might have a boost leak that doesn't leak until that particular boost level. Have you done a boost leak test?
