Aem ems or stock ecu?

My setup is almost done.I have built motor,fp black dbb,2150 injectors,bf 272 cams, double pumper and all supporting mods.my brother gave me an aem Ems with everything for speed density.he told me to get trigger disc so it can start quicker and run better.ive been looking at stock ecu tuning and it looks like its come a long way and it keeps evolving.my question is how smooth is aem sd compared to stock ecu sd?
I remember my brother had issues with ac when he had aem.

You should first choose a tuner, and your tuner should decide. For big power on pump gas, some tuners prefer AEM due to real time tuning and logging, and simplicity to set up extra drivers, sensors, etc...

For a DIY's, it may be easier to start with a stock ECU with a good rom. There is a lot of member support with ECUflash, and it's easier to find basic to advanced information. For AEM EMS, there's not too many DIY'ers so it's not as easy to learn on.

I wouldn't use anything but the stock ECU for a street car.
