Quick question about Boost controlers
Hey guys,
I'm currently trying to get my car tuned again after quite some time. But, in this case I'm heading to a different tuner since my old tuner doesn't tune cars anymore. Now, the situations is as follow. Previously my evo was tune with the Greddy Profec E01 electronic boost controller; no issues for years so far even though it is kind of old school and all that. The new shop told me that it would be better to remove my EBC and install their Boost Solenoid and then tune the vehicle.
My question is, i it really worth the trouble and money in my case to switch from the EBC to the manual one?
