Cars running a little rough should I get adjustable cam gears

You can if you want. But with those cams they run pretty good with the stock cam gears bolted straight on. Lots of People are running stock cam gears on the S2's

Your car running rough has nothing to do with the stock cam gears. Have you gotten your car tuned? Have you checked for boost leaks? Did you mess with the biss screw? Post up your log if possible.

Don't throw parts at the car. Go back to the basics and work your way up. Adding cam gears wont do anything but complicate the troubleshooting process.
