exhaust manifold question

-is this a decent manifold to replace a set of stock ones on a stock evo 8 turbo? ive heard storys of these manifolds just cracking on people, true or false?
-will it need a retune after the manifolds installed?
-car has cams, intake, and and a conservative tune
