So today I put in some RC1200's and a AMS fuel rail.
I have my injectors scaled to 1044 and my latencies set to..

Now everything runs smooth and my AFR's are just right. The only problem I have is when I start my car it will sit around 17afr or 16afr. So I revved up the car a little bit and then the afrs bounced around a little bit around rich and then went to around 14.7. I figured maybe it just does that on a cold start or something. So I drove to work, checked my schedule, and came back (within 2 mins.. so the car is still hot). Started the car and it sat around 16 again. For ****s and giggles I revved it up a little bit right away and then it corrected itself and went back down to 14.7. I again let it sit for a minute. Turned it back on and it just sat around 17.... Revved it to about 2200rpms for a second and let off and it corrects itself again.. Whats going on here?

I did a scan before and after a rev and here are my differences.
Before (when running lean):
RPMs sit between 1000 and 1031.25
Injector pulse width 1.536
Injector duty cycle 1.28-1.32

After
RPMs 906.25-937.25
Injector pulse width 1.28
Injector duty cycle .96666-1

Timing is about the same but like I said the afrs are about a whole 1-2 leaner

Any input to fix this would be much appreciated. Thanks
