Overheating
Overheating
Evo 8 MR pretty much all stock oem radiator, oem fans and cap
first issue with the car, I had ac full blast under medium throttle (very little to no boost) the water temp raised over 3/4's and the oil temp over 110. I ran the heater as hot as it would go and car cooled down to slightly above average. The water temp fluctuates slightly when ever i give it throttle and sky rockets when ever i give it throttle and have the AC blowin. this occurs at lights, city and highway driving
Coolant levels are fine, i burped the radiator, fans both work, belt seems fine, no smoke of any kind, ac does not smell, but car is due for oil change soon, also no check engine light, and coolant has not overflowed
Im guessing the next step is a new radiator cap then thermostat? I dont have much experience or money ha is there anything else i should check before a new cap an thermostat

It could be a faulty sending unit also, but I wouldn't want to bet the farm on that either. You need to find out if it is really overheating or not. An IR thermometer would be a good start to find out.
I sure wouldn't drive it a lot until you find out if it is indeed overheating or not.
Another thought when your A/C is on does the fan come on along with it? If not there is your problem. The fan should cycle on and off with the A/C.
