This sucks Forum; I have to sit here and bend the cable near the USB header to get a valid signal to the computer. I just bought this freaking thing. Do they repair them or do I have to repair this 100 bucks that I spent myself. Time to test that customer service. Thanks for the cable EvoScan, you got me started but now I'm kind of pissed off and happy at the same time-- if that makes sense.
