Idle air control pinout

Idle air control pinout
in USDM Evo 9 pinout file I can see, that pins 14-15 and 28-29 on plug C-121 are responsible for Idle air control. Can somebody help me to understand which are Ａ￣phase (A2), Ｂ￣phase (B1), Ａ phase (A1) and Ｂ phase (B2)?
I have F-Con PRO ECU and need this info in order to let aftermarket ECU to control Idle.
