Help! Loosing power

Help! Loosing power

The car pulls goos til about 5300to rpm then falls flat. Has turbo back exhaust, k&n intake, intercooler hard pipe kit, hks bov, 720 cc injectors.

I would first do a boost leak test.

Got the codes pulled. Got a few of em: egr, tps, radom misfire, o2 sensor bank 1 sensor 2 high voltage, manifold differintial pressure sensir

I will build the mechanism to test for that tomorrow. Any other recomendations will be greatly aprriciated as i am new to Evo's

Figured out that the stock boost solenoid wasnt hooked up, has tons more power but still looses power after 5000 rpms. Like the fuel cut hits. Please some one help

sounds like boost cut then yes. you must go into the rom and raise the % higher to avoid the boost cut. the other way is raise the delay timer really high, but that is the irresponsible way and i do not agree with just eliminating a safety feature when there is absolutely no reason to do so.

even on high powered vehicles, you can utilize x2 tables for double the % resolution.

Do i need something like an AEM EMS or can i just use some flashing software and a laptop

That valve doesn't work well on an Evo. It's fine on other cars though.

But I gather from your recent posts you will need to get your hardware sorted out first. Make sure all are mechanically sound before you spend money tuning it.
