could the e-manage handle say, 28-30psi of boost?
or 600-650whp?
will it take off my rev limiter?
will it take off my boost limiter?

will I need anything else to make it work?

no it won't remove your rev limiter, and i don't exactly know what you mean by boost limiter. Run the Profec e01 with the emanage and you can run any boost you see fit with any turbo you see fit. I know Al ran the emanage before using his own flash and he had nothing but good things to say about it at very high HP numbers (but not as high as what you stated).

i think by boost limiter he was talking about boost cut/fuel cut. can the emanage do anything about fuel cut?
