I recently picked up a evo 7 with tuned fcon-v pro gold box in it. I asked around at local shops and most dont tune with those anymore. So im looking into the power fc or possibly a chipped stock ecu. I like having the ability to fine tune thats why i like the fcon but noone wants to deal with it. Thoughts?

 

No reason to run anything but stock ECU unless building a true racecar in my opinion. There is no "chip" for the stock ECU, just a simple flash.

 

Yeah thats what i ment flash. Well im just curious how fine a tune i can getfrom a flash vs. aftermarket ecu
