New turbo setup, back to 93 octane. Injector latency changes?

I had my car tuned on the stock turbo on E85 with stock maf last season, but just finished up my 6262 install on speed density and switched back to 93 octane at the same time. (injectors aren't quite large enough to handle the 6262 on e85)

Obviously I need to change the injector scaling (which I did per some suggestions I found on the forum), but do I need to make changes to my latency's at all? My Mid LTFT's are staying at -12.5, and low LTFT's are around -3.7. That is with using my latency values from my old e85, stock maf tune.
I'm using a TephraV7 pre-patched SD rom.

I could probably use some suggestions on where to start on tuning SD also. The only thread I could find was based on tuning SD with the stock maf still in the car. I no longer have a stock maf at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Latencies should stay the same. How certain are you that the new scaling number you placed in is correct?

Not completely certain. It was a number I found that someone was using on 93 octane in a thread about the injectors I'm using (FIC 1100 High impedance)

This will explain when to adjust scaling vs when to adjust latency.
