Post Are My Fuel Trims Okay?

I'm relatively new to tuning.
I know all the basics, ie, timing maps, fuel maps,

This is a log I have from my car, (ignore the knocksum coz i aready sorted that out)
take a look at my fuel trims, are they fine that way?
if not, what can I adjust to make them better?

Log is attached to this thread.

They're fine. +/- 5% is acceptable. You can always tune for better, but as long as your drivability is fine you're in a good place now.

Thats pretty good. You can go even closer to 0. By adding 2% to your injector latency values.
