EVO iv to vii wiring

Hi
Smashed my EVO IV engine (piston came out of the block) and got a evo VII engine complete with inlet manifold, exhaust manifold and turbo and a EVO VII ECU.

I have put the new engine in the car, but struggling with what would be the easiest and best way to do this.
Was hoping to run EVO VII ecu as i got the bigger injectors on the E7 then E4.

But as the long block may be the same, the rest isn't. E7 got EGR(i think), EVAP, MAP sensor and diffrent O2 sensor.
Anyone have a good idea what i should do? I have nailed it down to 2 options.

Removing EGR, EVAP ( do i need to removes this from the ecu flash?)
Running new wires to MAP (guess i can't run without) and new wires to O2 sensor. But where do i fint new connection pins so i can fit into the ECU socket?

The next option i see is just replacing the Inlet manifold, injectors and exhaust manifold with turbo back to EVO IV and just run the stock ecu.
Downsides? Can't reflash the ECU, there has to be a reason for mitsu to add bigger injectors to the car in my head.

Many smart heads here, hoping you could help a newbie out.

As I recall you'd need to swap a couple pins, fuel pump & AC relay pins 8 & 22 & you need to place a wire on pin 79 for ECU flashing. Then you'd disable the the expected DTC's such as EGR & O2 heater through ECU periphery. It would be better if you replace the E4 2-wire o2 sensor with a newer 4-wire sensor. An easier option would be to use an Evo 5/6 ECU & you don't have to swap any pins.

Thanks for the response.

i got a new O2 sensor that came wirh the new engine, so i then just have to pull new cables and connect it to the ecu? You know about the map sensor? As the E4 don't have a map sensor i dont have wiring, and wondering where to find connectors that will fit the ecu
