Load drops with boost creep...

So I cant really figure out what is going on.
After 4000 rpm my load drops from 240 to 160 while my boost creeps up to 19lbs. At first I thought it was a boost leak issue but all the information i can find on boost leaks suggest that I would see a higher than normal load and lower boost. But, I seem to have the opposite. I have done boost leak tests. I found a loose clamp and my BOVwas leaking like crazy. I replaced my BOV but the only thing i noticed was boost was more stable.

I can’t figure out if there is still a problem or if this is just how it’s supposed to be. I just started tuning so I’m trying to figure this out before I start changing everything.

My setup:
2.3l Stroker
Stock turbo (stock boost)
3” turbo back exhaust
Exhaust manifold (has a crack in it, getting a new one soon)
K&N intake
De-cat
Running 93 octane

If that AFR is correct, that is pretty rich up top. You'll be losing some momentum from that.

Other that that, the load curve I have seen before on several low boost stock turbo cars. Load tends to drop at high RPM regardless of boost pressure.
