Can i re-flash an evo 4
Hi ppl,
i new here , i'm from honduras
CA i recently bought a evo 4 , i'm on the process of putting some things such as , new turbo,headers etc etc. 
my big question is can i re flash the oem ECU ?or i need to purchase an aftermarket ecu , if there is a possibility to use the oem ecu do i need to modify something on the harness?
i will appreciate the info.
