G4js anti-evo

So I have a whole 02 sonata sitting next to my es an after hours of reading every forum known 2this here internets I have only a few questions if I flash a evo rom to my 03 es ecu I need all evo sensors kuz lack of the knock sensor etc? What if bn I don't boost it kuz I do have a evo tdo5 an manifold I can throw on it but I'd have to tap a oil supply and? So ingot a good gist but can I count on you evo guys to help a brotha out if I have questions may they arise?I'll never afford even a salvage evo so this is my closest bet lol

Evo rom wont work properly in a lancer ECU, the fuel circuit and Air conditioning circuit are swapped on the PCB of the ecu. You might be able to ripin your ECU harness to get it to work, but there are other components that the Evo ECU has that are missing from the Lancer PCB.

If your into electronics though, im fairly certain you could make it work, they are basically the same PCB minus some components which you could add, and some resistors you could move around to get the fuel and A/C circuit setup correctly for an EVO.

I saw on this thread https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/la...wap-works.html so I need to know how similar a 4g63 harness is to a 4g94 kuz the g4js is basically a 4g63? Otherwise I gotta get a evo harness right? That make sense ?

I have a lancer ecu, not sure what engine it's for but it's basically the same as an evo ecu / plugs into the Evo harness but there are some critical differences in the pinout. I compiled a pinout for both and color coded the differences. Red are reversed green are the same and yellow are missing from the lancer ecu. I have no idea if the electronics from the Hyundai would be compatible with the lancer ecu so you might need to Frankenstein the mitsu sensors onto the Hyundai engine. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...t?usp=drivesdk
