I know there are a couple of differences but is there anyway I can use it to turn on a jdm model?

 

JDM models have 3 plugs and USDM have 4 plugs. Dont quote me on that coz I'm not sure if there are Jdm ECUs with 4 plugs

 

The ix has 3 plugs viii has 4, its the same for usdm/jdm it will plug in but I think the pinout is different so not total plug and play, you may have to disable certain things or make a conversion harness

I've used JDM roms on usdm ecu with no major trouble. Less than you would think 🤔.
